ULUANA is a traditional old Japanese house which can accommodate up to 8 people.
ULUANA is located just a minute walk away from the ocean. Please relax and enjoy the beautiful nature in Amami.
ULUANA can be used as a retreat center or for cooking classes etc…

About cleaning
Bed linens and towels will be changed once a week if you stay for a long period.
COVID-19 prevention measures
- We are taking extra care in sanitising all areas that guests touch while staying.
- Please sanitise your hands when entering the house with the hand sanitizer equipped at the entrance.
- All staff are taking extra care of our health to serve our guests in good health. We wash our hands and gargle regularly and wear masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Should anyone record a temperature above 37.5 degrees or not feel well during the stay, please contact local health authorities immediately.
- We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About Price
- All prices include tax
- The room rate is for a whole house
- Meals are not included in the room rate
- In the case that the number of guests change during your stay, a linen exchange fee of ¥5,000- will be charged.

- Please make sure to contact us in case of cancellation.
- We won’t charge you any cancellation fee when your flight is canceled due to typhoon or other unavoidable reasons.
- You will be charged cancellation fee as above for any other cancellation.
